What is 1-2-3 Magic?
1 2 3 Magic is a behavioural Management Programme for children aged 2 – 12 years. The strategies used are very effective for children with ADHD.
What will I learn on a 1-2-3 Magic course?
Learning how to better manage and stop difficult behaviours that challenge us as parents. To encourage our children to make better choices by creating adhd-specific routines and structure. And finally, we learn how to build and protect our relationship with our children.

We have a new course running in February which will be in person and is funded through a grant from the Pears Foundation. The Course will run for 6 weeks and will begin on 20th February. Please book early as all places are on a first come first served basis.

The first session of each course will be a workshop on Understanding ADHD. It’s really important to understand the condition to be able to learn how to manage it.
This course is offered free of charge but if you wish to make a donation this would really help us to provide post course support. The 1 2 3 Magic book is available to purchase from our shop.
